Here's receipt from recent replacement in Chelsea, MA service center. Had to pay and then submit for reimbursement - that was agreed to in advance of getting it replaced.
FWIW, I used the app to start a chat on a service need (camp speaker won't unlock) - got a message that I was maybe 25th or so in line and would be 45 minute wait. 5 minutes later, chat was opened up.
Took delivery 11/14, sent in application same day, had to resend purchase agreement 11/15, received "application accepted" confirmation email 11/18, received approval 1/31, check mailed 2/8, received hard copy check in mail 2/10.
