I have a gen2 R1T - the tailgate drops nice and slow when released as expected - to close the tailgate, lifting it up is heavy and cumbersome - is this by design, or is there a mechanism that isn't working allowing for a smoother, easier close?

I am planning my first long trip in my R1T for early January. When I use the trip planner in the app it always plans using the current battery charge. I will have 100% when I leave - is there a way to plan the trip starting at 100% when the real time charge is less than 100%?

Hi! My customer order is 10 weeks old. Still being patient - if I build the same custom truck on the web it still says Sept/Oct delivery. Has anyone taken possession of a gen 2 dual large yet? I see there are no large battery models in the Rivian R1T shop.
