iOS 26.1 beta 2 has helped a lot for my 17 Pro. Gen 1 R1S unlocks better than iOS26. Still not crazy good like iOS 18. So give the public beta a try. It runs very smoothly and should have been the official release (.1's are always what should have been the official release)

Can you control the climate? This is how my problem started. Noticed live cams not working, then noticed remote climate not working so I deleted the phone key with the intention of readding to fix the remote features and now I'm stuck with no phone key because the issues lies with the vehicle.

When I tried this the car wouldn't see that I deleted it in my app. The car still, as of now, sees I have the phone key active even though my phone's app doesn't have a key. Deleting does nothing on the app :(

So it's been a little over a week now where I've been unable to preheat the R1S remotely. I park underground so I just assumed the cell connection wasn't good those few times. I tried it again while parked outside and still didn't work. I googled it and some people said deleting and redoing...

AGREED! I have this thought every time I start the car up. Also we can't just drive before it finishes because driving above a certain speed stops the wheel from adjusting.
