So it's been a little over a week now where I've been unable to preheat the R1S remotely. I park underground so I just assumed the cell connection wasn't good those few times. I tried it again while parked outside and still didn't work. I googled it and some people said deleting and redoing the PAAK fixes it.
Well.....now the car and phone have become "desyced". The key won't delete from the car's screen. But it deletes from the iPhone app. I've tried every permutation of deleting key/deleting app/restarting car/restarting phone but the Rivian app and vehicle won't start the pairing process.
Called support and they want to do a mobile service. Anyone else getting this possibly after the latest Halloween update?
My wife's app also doesn't work but at least she still has the key function. I've been using the keycard but it's not optimal.
