Adding to the mystery, I was at an event with the wife, and I ended up in the car watching some youtube. I was using the hotspot and casting to the screen in the Rivian. All working fine. App still showed the car offline and in the wrong location. It’s garbage.

Thanks for the feedback, but not my situation. I’ve got so many monitors running. Pings, and downloads, and tests and and. Network is good. Not to mention the problems persist when I leave town and I’m on LTE with good signal. Rivian just doesn’t understand how to be online. Frustrating.

1) My phone is online all the time. Rivian can’t stay connected. When I leave my house it takes 3-5 minutes for Apple Music to be able to do anything. Even if I stay in the driveway connected to Wifi, it’s broken until it “wakes up”. (And don’t get me started on remote app access in general.)...

My R1S updated to latest OS last night. Bam! I’ve got remote again.

I’m in the same boat. Tried so many things. The app shows last connected via cloud over 20 days ago. Reboots, re-auth don’t do anything.

Update: My Aug 29th submission is still not processed by the IRS, so I owed $7500. When I submitted this year's taxes, they took my refund and applied it to the 7500 i owed, with about $500 in penalties. Good times.
