As soon as the R2 is released we'll sell/trade-in our ID.4. Then we'll be an R1S/R2 Rivian-only family. Nothing specifically against the ID.4 other than it's no where close to being the type of vehicle Rivian is.
I've created a new version of my popular center console iPhone holder. This new model is designed expressly for MagSafe compatible iPhones and INCLUDES the MagSafe charger. It has an angled design for easy viewing and supports your device horizontally or vertically. It's printed on-demand and...
Jim -- I made that drawer! Thank you for having purchased one, and mentioning it here. I'm always working on improving the print quality, and choosing better materials. I'm now printing them exclusively in ASA which is heat resistant and prints with a nicer, smoother finish.
Just used my light the other day, after first using my iPhone light. Wow - great little flashlight that Rivian provides us. The problem is remembering it's there next time.
I'm one of the folks selling 3D printed drawers. Mine is on Etsy. I think there are only two of us do it with any regularity. :) We're filling a niche until Rivian comes out with theirs. However, I very much doubt Rivian will 3D print their version. It's usually not cost effective on scale...
You are lucky and have had a considerably better experience that I have. For me, pairing works poorly and sound volume is surprisingly not nearly loud enough. Third party products do a much better job — and are smaller!
Costco won’t install mis-spec’d load rated tires for safety reasons and their buying process asks consumers to verify that they’ve read the tire details and the inside door decals.
First of all, thank you Riviot for the kind words. I will say, though, to address Lucky1's feature request, that I did tweak the design a little bit, recently. The front piece is a little taller than what is shown in the Etsy glamor shots. Still easy to grab things, but tall enough so that items...
Consider using a material more resistant to high temperatures, such as PETG, ABS, etc. Unfortunately, PLA, which is, by far, the most popular printing filament, deforms easily in high heat. I use PETG and, sometimes, PETG-CF, when printing my drawer part:

I've modified the design slightly. So, the front is taller. Here's what all future printed versions will look like until modified further. This should keep everything in. I've been driving with one that's quite a bit lower and nothing has ever come out. Please note that the color is for...
I know there are a few similar products out there, so I thought I'd throw my version out there too. I created it before I got my own R1S and it has gone through a few revisions since I acquired my own Rivian in June.
The body is one piece and 3D printed out of PETG, so it's strong and heat...
