Update: they did escalate it which means a service appointment at the end of December instead of April! but I’m still hoping this can be fixed with a software update. The advisor said that they hadn’t heard back from the OTA team. Bummer as I am kind of worried about driving it in this state.
I wish they would add a beta button for this reason. A lot of people feel gun shy but there are plenty of people with the opposite attitude and it would really help to let people choose their level of risk.
I called back and by referring to this post I was able to get them to reach out to the OTA team to see if they think a patch might help. ?

I have 3 times. Currently have an appointment next April lol. They said they are trying to “escalate” it but I am pretty sure it is a software issue and I kept asking if there was any way to get to someone that would know more but hit a dead end.
