I had this issue for a few months - thought most recent update would fix it (it didn’t). Tried a soft reset last night and it seems to have resolved the issue.
Not yet, but that's on my to-do list.
Okay, at a Level 2 ChargePoint charger now. Charging as expected. Slow, but charging (~8 - 9 mi/hr).
Update: Rivian has determined wall charger at fault. They’re sending me a new one.
