    thanks for the replies. my concern was not so much that the car was built a month or two ago. but i guess i kind of jumped to conclusion that since it was coming from another state rather than Normal, IL, that it might have been a car rejected by the original customer due to quality issues...

    just heard back from my guide. similar to some of the prior posts. once a car is taken from the shop and cancel, i relinquish the deposit and spot on the order/pricing.

    Hi all, just joined the forum. I had put my initial order in in 2021 and had estimated delivery date of december 2023. I was given shop access a few weeks ago and found the exact car that I had ordered. Upon accepting the car, I realized that my vin is 18xxx, probably built a month or two...
