New R1S - won't pair key
Took delivery of my vehicle on 10/5. Would not pair key at the delivery center and after a couple hours on the phone, still won't. Rivian is saying bring the vehicle in for evaluation, then schedule a mobile service after. First appt date is 12/27. I am in PHX. Not a happy customer. iPhone14Pro...- roadking40

Phone as key issues
Just picked up my R1S today. Phone would not pair at the SC. They tried resetting software, screens, my iphone, etc. No luck. Been waiting several hours for the call back on next steps. Truck is drives great so far...- roadking40
