Took delivery of my vehicle on 10/5. Would not pair key at the delivery center and after a couple hours on the phone, still won't. Rivian is saying bring the vehicle in for evaluation, then schedule a mobile service after. First appt date is 12/27. I am in PHX. Not a happy customer. iPhone14Pro, latest software. Pairs great in all my other vehicles. I have to say, the communication and service level is terrible...

is there another person in your house you can try pairing a phone to the truck with? If another device may pair, then you can eliminate it being a truck hardware/software issue.

I doubt it is compatibility issue as that is the phone I’m using with my R1S - iPhone 14 Pro Max running 17.0.3

Agree. Since it is a 2 month wait for support, why not try some other solutions? The Bluetooth stack can get messed up on the iPhone. Try a different phone. If it works, do a "Reset Network Settings" on the problematic iPhone. That will delete all remembered networks, Bluetooh devices, etc.

This is also assuming you have already tried a hard reboot of the iPhone? If not, try that first.
