Same thing here, dramatic reduction in bass. Apple music sounds noticeably better vs spotify for some reason either with spatial audio on or off, but there is a setting in apple music to level the sound that I had to click off, otherwise the overall volume of Apple music was very low.
Are these guides openly available or are they paywalled somewhere? Interested in B pillar gen 2 R1S trim removal to trouble shoot a B pillar rattle that keeps coming back. Also are the clips proprietary or are they available online (like most other auto manufacturers do ie Toyota)
Can we run native waze and Google maps Spotify etc (any Android app) off the Android interface directly? If so is there even a need to run carplay? I don't have mine yet but interested to hear others experiences
Is there room in the dash to mount the GPS antenna so that it's not stuck on top of the dash? I have a toyota sequoia with an aftermarket Sony head unit and I have the GPS puck hidden in the dash and it works fine.
Agree 100%, this would have to be done to match the aesthetics of the vehicle meaning color match, no dangling wires etc to be considered. Also with the email sent 6/29/25: is the GPS unit for Gen 2 vehicles supposed to sit on the dash connected by a loose wire? This wasn't mentioned anywhere...
