How to get under middle console?

Hi guys, I just dropped an apple AirPod between my driver seat and the middle console of my R1S. When I tried to get it out, I knocked it under the middle console. It's too far under there to feel and I cannot get a shop vac under there to suck it out.

Does anyone know how to open up or disassemble the middle console without having to take it into the shop to do it? Otherwise, I'll need to buy another pair of pesky AirPods...

Had something similar happen on day 2 of ownership (wife’s ring), but item went below the cabin floor under the passenger seat. Depending on your situation, you may consider unbolting the seat and tipping it backward to get better side access to the center console. Good luck!

Same thing happened to me, I took the driver seat off, then put sticky two sided mounting tape on a stick to fish it out. I then shoved some packing foam in that little tunnel so it won't happen again

Are these guides openly available or are they paywalled somewhere? Interested in B pillar gen 2 R1S trim removal to trouble shoot a B pillar rattle that keeps coming back. Also are the clips proprietary or are they available online (like most other auto manufacturers do ie Toyota)

Afterwards buy those cushion blocks off Amazon that prevent stuff from falling down in between the seats. I bought a pair day 1 and never looked back after seeing people having to take their seat apart or just call it a loss.

They're the same guide, just mirror image. Not much in the Rivian is side specific, only front/rear specific.
