I'd love to have someone check it out thru Apple Music or Spotify since I don't use either service, but my personal test track in my collection via Bluetooth is from Destiny 2, "Queen's Oracle". Some awesome bass trombones and percussion for the low end, spaghetti-western trumpets and choir in...
That's why it says EPA estimated..... which is Rivian running thru the EPA testing on their own, or having done some modeling that leads them to believe it will land there. Yes, it's possible it may go up, but I wouldn't bet on it.
I'm not a professional sound engineer, but a humble composer. I've never understood the desire for lots of bass in people's cars (or any sound system). Yeah, I want to hear the low notes, but not at the expense of the rest of the soundscape. Maybe that's just me?
That would make sense, as they were supposedly training SC techs on R2 delivery and service back in May and a little before (I think) - but things change when a product is introduced to the masses.
Is there an actual, released by Ford rendering? The thumbnail on the State of Charge video looks like a bunch of crap smooshed together by either funky photoshop or "AI". Granted, the image there could be a rendering, since Ford uses some....... funky design elements now and again.
Something similar for me - R1T built in June 2023, picked up in Feb. 2024. No major issues (other than a rattle in the dash that only pops up during the summer....)
