I doubt we're going to see anything major, or even slightly minor, for the 2027 R1 model year - Rivian is focusing on getting R2 buttoned down manufacturing-wise. On top of that, R1 had a refresh only 2 years ago, so there's not a huge demand right now.
Treebeard was in the local Pride parade on Saturday, with a toothbrush made of balloons on top (it's connected to the company I work for)! Something close to 70k people were at the event!

I've had to push for a mobile service as well, but I didn't have to push too hard. This was for a 12v replacement and a (previously) 15k mile inspection. And I live four hours away from a service center.
That being said, I believe that my area has a dedicated Mobile Service tech that gets parts...
