I doubt we're going to see anything major, or even slightly minor, for the 2027 R1 model year - Rivian is focusing on getting R2 buttoned down manufacturing-wise. On top of that, R1 had a refresh only 2 years ago, so there's not a huge demand right now.

Not always. The Rivian charger in Ellensburg, WA is cheaper than the two Tesla stations in town.

It might be some random app on backend, but in the interface it just presents as "Radio" Hat tip to @RivianTrackr having this up in his R2/RivianOS 2.0 video.

Yeah, it's a bit funky isn't it? That being said, if it opens up the market for small EV trucks in a good way, I'm all for it. More small trucks in the world is a good thing (in place of unnecessarily big trucks!)
