Actually they started taking orders back in October. It did take 5+ months for the majority of folks. I was on the same boat, ended up canceling after 5 months of wait.
I dont know about that, Lectron has a reputation for adapters failure, lots of people reported overheating and melting L2 adapters from Lectron.
Based on my understanding, A2Z heats more as it is potted and transmits heat from DC bus bars to the outside. Remember, heat does not disappear, either...

yeah, that's true. Rivian might not honour warranties if third party adapters are used, GM issued a statement regarding that specifically for third party adapters.

The car feels solid and well built compared to my previous Model X.
My main question is whether I should get it rust proof since the winters in Vermont are quite harsh and salty.
