Among the few issues I've found during delivery with my R1S last month was a dent on the drivers side door panel just below the Rivian logo. It's minor, but in the right light, very noticeable and driving me up the wall every time I see it. My R1 is at the service center getting delivery issue...
Just chatted with Rivian support, they are claiming it's not a widespread issue.
?‍♂️ Suggested a hard-restart of the system. I'm not with my R1S right now so can't try it, but by what everyone is reporting here I'm willing to bet thats not going to fix it.
that’s what I’m hoping for. Waiting to see some deep dives into the pack and what its true capacity is vs software locked. If anyone knows how to check this kind of thing myself through some kind of service menu let me know. I used to do this on my model 3 all the time.
Yep, SR. It shows 270 at 100%.
Driven it about 45 miles total so far and efficiency averaged at 2.55 miles/kwh. I have the 21” wheels. We’ll see if this holds up long term, but that puts it almost spot on the 270 estimate.

Another update on my end: We're apparently still good to go for pickup Friday. I don't know if it just worked out that way, or I lit a fire under them because I've been relentless with all my contacts at Rivian since I found out there could be a delay. We'll find out tomorrow afternoon if this...
UGH. Update on my pickup appointment. Got a call that Friday may not happen. They are giving it a 50/50 shot at this point. Still waiting on the EPA sticker. ?‍♂️
Not sure. I placed my order within minutes of the Standards being available on Feb 8. And I know my R1S has been at the service center since at least about Feb 20th. Probably helps that I'm a major squeaky wheel and they want to finally get rid of me. ?

It took demanding to speak with a manager. Ended up getting a phone call with Lead Guide and after explaining all my issues, false promises, etc he got me a new guide. Check out my thread I started, everything is explained there.
