I have received nothing but unbelievable customer support from Alex. He responds quickly. My unit had an issue and was shipped a replacement right away.

Hi Thomas,
Yes, you need to put a capacitor on the leads from the breaker to the unit. It has made a world of difference. Lights that did not work when charging, now do. I had an electrician do it and not sure the size of the capacitor but it is pretty large.
I used my email to login but have 2 user names in that account. One stream is always playing in my house and the other is on my phone to use there or stream to the Rivian. Therefore I planned on the same account with 2 streams, paying for 2 streams. Hopefully that is the case or I’ll just call...
I logged in on my Rivian using my SiriusXm streaming account. I had 2 streams already. My favorites showed up. I see nothing in my Sirius XM account about a third streaming service being added. I did nothing with the free trial. I am going to get a charge for the Rivian besides the other 2...
It is true. I just got the download and I have a Live Update on my Lock Screen. It did not show right away but eventually did. It does act odd though. Goes from 9% to 64%, back to 8%, then to 85%. Guess it loses its position sometimes.
I have posted on another thread about this before but Rivian puts “noise” on the power lines when charging. I use UPB/HLC lighting system that sends signals across the neutral. When charging, many lights will not turn on/off when programmed or through signal manually sent. Other systems...
I did charge the Tesla on the Chargepoint charger using an adapter and there was no noise issue. I originally had a Rivian charger but swapped that out to see if that was the issue and it was not. As far as I can tell, the Rivian puts the noise on the lines.
I have an issue when charging as well. My are UPB/HLC technology and also use the neutral to send signals for automation. When charging the Tesla, there is no issue. I tried the Tesla charger on the Rivian and still get the issue when charging. When charging the Rivian, it puts “noise” on the...
I had no info from any of my Apple Music. It was all like it was a new account even though I logged in with my current account. How do I get all my history imported? Thank You.
I am having the same issues with password and the 101% issue. I have reached out to the developer and he has been very helpful. I think all this info is new and he is digging into it all.
HAI Omni Pro II. It was bought out by Leviton and no longer made. The issue for other systems is using switches that send signals over the neutral. I am planning on replacing switches that are Wi-Fi and no neutral wire.
It happens to my home. The car and charger combination puts “noise” on the power lines. It happens with the 120 volt charger as well as the Rivian homer charger. My smart home system send commands to the light switches using the neutral wire. This noise prevents certain lights from working...
