Unfortunately you placed trust in the Rivian Guide. My experience with the assigned guide was also of total frustration. The associate just reads from a script and if you listened carefully you would realize that they are kids hired yesterday Just wait until you deal with the service...

The concept of a Rivian Guide is a farce! They hire children who have barely read the manual if at all. The support staff is excellent. Rivian didn’t want to hear how lackadaisical their guides were. I sent the administrative staff an email without ever getting a reply!
