    Thank you for reply, I reported also upon initial inspection from purchase in November, just got it back today from my scheduled appointment (5 months later LOL). It just bugs me seeing it every time I drop the tailgate! :angry:

    On my tailgate, the left side tailgate cable is taught but the right side tailgate cable has a slight looseness to it. The service center advised this is normal. Looking to hear other R1T owners experience, is this true?
