I didn't try that. Was afraid to mess around with it, but my truck is at the SC now being looked at. Hopefully it's something as simple as cleaning the plug connection! Will update the post once I hear what is going on.

Sorry, my post was misleading a little. The slowed charing rate is only happening to my R1T. My wife's Mach E is charing normally while using the Rivian L2 charger. Updated my post to reflect that.

Update: Asked Rivian about retrying the software update to fix the issue and they gave me a call. They ran some diagnostic testing remotely and can see that my AXM module has failed and needs to be replaced. Will be in the shop for 3-7 business days.

I was thinking the same thing, but Rivian thinks otherwise. They are sending a tow truck (deemed the truck not safe to drive). However, I did just ask support about trying to reinstall the most recent software update. Hopefully that will avoid the need for a tow and service visit.
