I tried the Sports mode added in my Gen1 Dual Motor R1S in this update. Like it very much. It definitely accelerates faster in sports mode. Has anyone measured how fast in dual motor versions, like is it supposed to be better than 4.5s or same?

Same here .. they say it will take an hour to fix . Hopefully they still don’t end up sleeping the car in a lot for weeks like some earlier service requests I have had to do .

Strange thing for me today . Not sure how it happened - by design or some bug . I had kept the R1S for overnight charging as usual for 85% SoC . Woke up in the morning , unlocked the car and straightaway removed the charging plug. And the plug CAME OFF from the charging port . Then next second...

The SC did not reply back to my message. If they can address what is making them get a vehicle and make it sit in parking lot for 2 weeks, then they can figure out how to make the system better.

Totally with you - during my last service for which I waited nearly 3 months , this is what I exactly asked the service rep - To note : The car was in service for approx 3 weeks with SC ,2 weeks of which were in a parking lot .

I found how to push it back it in with the help from this post : https://www.rivianforums.com/forum/threads/taking-off-a-pillar-trim.31870/ had to push it in at the point where the first top clip is. It appears snapped back in now , but will let Rivian service take a look at it the next time ...

The car is just back from those earlier multiple issue repairs . It stayed in the SC for a month for that . While fixing those , looks like this new one got introduced, i created a new ticket for this now , but wait is 4 months.

I recently got my R1S from repair ( the appointment for which in the first place took a long 4 months wait) for multiple issues one of them being- Dashboard wind noise. I don’t know what fix the SC did , wind noise insulation isnt any better now , but on the other hand, the driver side A...

After this update - the Apple Music issue - not playing any songs , after coming back to vehicle is not a problem anymore . So looks like they fixed this annoying problem..

i see same problems with Apple Music as you stated, I feel the basic problem with Apple Music implementation - it tries to stream every song every time without downloading .Rivian should support offline music play , it’s simply that.

My problem with Rivians Apple Music implementation in connect+ is simple - it tries to stream every song every time ( which of course it can’t do all the time because while driving , it can’t find the signal in all the places ) . So : Give option to play offline - SIMPLE. JUST DO IT.
