    My deposit was after the price hike so there shouldn’t be a reason to not be able to apply and order. Rivian doesn’t make you feel very warm and fuzzy about spending $100k with them. Getting any real support is like pulling teeth.

    Problem canceling to reorder if you made the $100’s non refundable when they made us do that to try and get the tax credit. I’m having the same problem trying to order PDM Max RS1. Won’t use my deposit.

    Seems crazy that you can be a new customer and do a full build and configure but not if you already gave them your money years ago…

    Curious if anyone else is having this issue. When logged in and do a new build on a DM Max R1S, it is asking for my CC again to charge an additional $1000 non refundable deposit.
