It shouldn't matter. They have been delivering to CT since the beginning. Worst case, I would go pick it up in Brooklyn. My best guess is Brooklyn has an incredible workload. As for 2/23, they were servicing 11 states. FML. :-(

Well, I may be the exception to that. I am a 4/21 R1S order holder in CT. All I have heard has been crickets... :(

OP, thanks for tracking this situation. I too live in CT, not far from the proposed SC site. I truly hope Rivian wins this battle. However, I have heard many stories of how corrupt the Mayor of Shelton is.

Please correct me if I am wrong, I was under the impression that the R1S cannot accept a full size spare like the R1T. We are forced to use the $400 donut if we want a spare, correct?
