I don’t necessarily mean to imply they feel/sound bad, just that my old doors felt and sound like one solid thing, where the new ones sound slightly more rattle-y. Also agree about the pressure affecting door closure, but I had that with Gen1 as well.

100% agree that the doors don’t sound/feel as solid as Gen1, but I do feel like Gen2 takes less force to close reliably.

Are you sure the noise and vibration is from the new heat pump? If I had to complain about one thing in my Gen1, it's that the noise and vibration from the AC compressor(s) can be quite loud. Or is this all one shared compressor in Gen2?

Thanks for this suggestion! It took a little fiddling to get it to work with Rivian's website but it alerted me to the exact config I was looking for (dynamic sunroof + premium audio) this morning and I was able to grab it before it disappeared.
