Great point, beatle. We’ve checked this (multiple times since my wife didn’t believe me), have moved it to various ranges, and even muted and unmuted it. We’re hoping the hard reset will bring it back.

Thanks for the input. I have tried the soft reset process twice and get the same result within a half hour or so of my drive. I have not tried the hard reset for this specific issue but will give that a shot when I get home to see if it will correct it and report the results.
