Navigation voice stopped working

Anyone experiencing problems with the navigation voice no longer working after most recent update? I updated my Gen 1 R1T Launch Edition overnight on Tuesday 02JUN24 and Navigation voice stopped working within 20 miles of home the following day and still isn’t working (820 miles). Also experiencing problems with the satellite imagery intermittently going away while driving for +/- 20 minutes. This has happened 3 times thus far since Wednesday.

Any thoughts or similar experiences?

Have you done a soft reset?

why not try the normal procedures here….you are driving a big computer….soft reset…followed by hard reset if necessary. Report back

Thanks for the input.
I have tried the soft reset process twice and get the same result within a half hour or so of my drive. I have not tried the hard reset for this specific issue but will give that a shot when I get home to see if it will correct it and report the results.

I'd also check the volume of the navigation voice and make sure it hasn't been dropped to zero. On my test drive I found that to be the case.

Great point, beatle. We’ve checked this (multiple times since my wife didn’t believe me), have moved it to various ranges, and even muted and unmuted it. We’re hoping the hard reset will bring it back.
