I am going to second the back-to-back soft reset method as another option... my navigation suddenly stopped loading and my driver's dash would flash trying to pull up the local map. I also lost my side view on turn signals and apple music started to take awhile loading. Soft reset didn't help...

I tried a few things so I'm not sure what the fix was exactly, but it's working again. Removed phone from car, unpaired phone from Rivian, restarted phone, re-paired the phone. My car also did a deep sleep today following the soft reset from yesterday. My audio also sounded better this...

Thanks, all. I'll reboot the phone and attempt again. I read for Android I can reset Bluetooth and wifi to default and I might have to try that as well, but I'm not very excited to have to pair all Bluetooth devices again.

I experienced the same symptom, it improved after deleting all phone profiles but the phone still won't handoff the call to the R1T. I take a bit of comfort knowing it's not just me as I've seen some stories about frayed wires and other issues that can cause this.

Issue - phone (android 14, s23 ultra) pairs/connects to Rivian (R1T), phone calls can be dialed, phone calls can be received BUT no audio/mic access in the car once a call connects. Calls are only working over the phone. My Bluetooth says it's connected to Rivian Audio (camp speaker not paired)...

In the Rivian promos for the new Apple music with Connect+ release it looks like the audio app options have been paired down (marketing?)... does this mean we can now hide the unused audio apps we don't use in the latest software? This is pretty much how I'd like my audio menu to look.

The new license plate design almost makes this ok... good idea on renewing for the 2 years now to avoid the fee for a little.
