Since the most recent update my charging location (set in the app, home) isn’t sticking. In fact it went to somewhere I’ve never been. Anyone else have any issues?
My guess would be power. Check:
- is power connector seated
- are both blades seated in connector
- my power connector had a fuse connection on each lead. Make sure they are still good.
I know Alex is updating the video for Gen2 vehicles and I’m sure will cover things I ran into. My suggestions are:
1. Pulling back the carpet away from the black foam it is stuck to it difficult to separate. I actually broke a piece off. I don’t think it’s a big deal.

Ok I got most of install done. Suggest you plan on at a few hours to get this done. Made suggestions to Alex on what might help everyone. EVPlay staff have been great. It works great!
Not sure I follow the "completely clear out home location" instruction. (don't see how to do that). I think GPS was working in the Garage, but a previous reply in this thread recommended trying outside.
Update - based on info provided here in the forum i changed my charging location to where I am after I put the R1S out of the garage to make GPS was connecting. The did a full reset - didn’t work. Reverted back to wrong location and didnt follow schedule. Any ideas?
