    The Denver SC was able to get me in on Tuesday and I just got it back today. It was the amplifier - apparently it went bad/lost power and it was replaced. I’m surprised the internal and external safety systems run off the same amp as the internal entertainment system.

    Gen 2 - got the update a few hours ago. It actually downloaded over the cell connection. Was pleasantly surprised.

    Just adding my experience here - I took delivery three weeks ago of a Gen2 R1S (vin 55XXX). In my testing, I feel no difference when changing the ride mode.
