Not bad. BWM asked me $1,500 for the same job (for the curious here, it was my wedding ring...). They said it's expensive because they have to disable the airbags. In the ends, as an act of God, the ring rolled over after a couple weeks.

Hello. I have a Tesla Universal Charger at home. Lately it's stopping halfway through the charging process, it forces me to turn off the breakers and reset it. I did some research and it seems like an installation issue. Again, it's a solid red light. Thoughts? thanks!

2 weeks ago a got a call from Rivian, they had an appoitment scheduled on my behalf. Not many details available... offered to come to my work and get it "all done". Remote unit showed up, i told them the truck was not available for the next hour. The guy offered to follow me and get it done...

Rivian call me today asking for and update... almost 3 months after i had the ticket open. I asked to close it since the latest upgrades fixed it. At least i hope it did.

I wouldn't buy it before they sell 100k-150k units. Service will suck, parts won't be available, system issues will be the normal. Just like any other start up. Wish them good luck, product looks amazing though.

The same happened to me one week after i took ownership. It was fixed through an system update a couple of days later. Sensors should be fine, it's a system issue.
