I love the hear tunnel and use it constantly. Tools,wetsuit, mountain bike hydration pack, shoes helmet and can recharge drill batteries etc. Been testing my custom tunnel shuttle for ~6 months under heavy use.

If I recall correctly,.the tech removed the 4(I think) bolts to tilt the seat forward and remove the battery.

Depends on your use case, but the gear tunnel is one of the greatest features for me.

It's pretty easy to get to the terminals. Move seat back and pop off plastic cover. You have to remove the seat(remove bolts and tilt seat, not really remove it) to replace battery though. Can't say whats going to happen when you remove and re connect power though.

Anyone ever able to "unbrick it" without towing to a service center ?. Auto update failed at 28%. Stuck in boot loop. Reset functions dont work. Unplug it and plug back in ? ???
