I need a set of rims for winter tires, and was thinking of just getting the 20" and buying winter tires. But will Rivian sell them without the All Terrain tires and sub true winter tires?
Also, does it really take that big of a 20 mile hit on range?
back seats up.
It's for this dog crate:

WxHxD: 27.6 x 28.7 x 37.0-41.3 in
It's just like .5" long, I'm guessing that's just not going to cut it.
Thanks! I thought that was focused on the liftgate being open and from the back of the front seats, but it looks like they have one measurement with the back seats up.
I'm trying to figure out my situation too for my dog. She's a white swiss shepherd that's about 80 lbs. 38" nose to base of tail, 21" withers. The reason for getting the R2 is so that I can put a crash tested crate into the back.
I'm currently looking at the Thule Allax crates. They seem a...
oh interesting. That may be true, though if you look at the actual vent position, my oval with dot was straight in the middle and no matter what, i couldn't move it from that center spot. I could drag it, but as soon as I let go of the drag, it snapped back to center. I think maybe I'll just set...
During my test drive, I was too rushed to take proper measurements, but for those who have the R2 already or have done measurements, I'd love to get a few real-life measurements if anyone has the time! It might be a big ask.

Well, no matter about the AC, I don't think it's an issue. It can't be a design decision to have it stuck pointing at your face, so I'm just guessing user error or it was bugged. I'll have to review the manual to see what I was doing wrong. Though it really shouldn't be that hard.
OK, that's...
I don't remember what mode, I actually didn't even think there were multiple modes. Even if it's in some kind of super chill mode, I still think the lag really ruins the drive feel of a car. But if you didn't feel it in sports mode, that's good to know that I was just experiencing something out...
Supercharged S5. And the hesitation I hate is when you press the pedal and nothing happens. Even if you have a turbo, your car still starts to accelerate as soon as you engage the clutch. So you can literally control when the clutch engages and starts to move the car.
I went over to Walnut Creek, CA for a test drive.
First, the employees (which isn't a big deal I guess):
Employees weren't bad, but they were not even good. I walked in and three of them were hanging out. One or two said "hello, welcome" but when I looked at each of them, none made eye contact...
I didn't read any manuals, but on my test drive it was confusing as hell. I actually couldn't get it to stop blowing in my face. No matter how I dragged the vent settings, it would snap back to blowing right in my eyeballs. Given it was 100 degrees during the drive, it was the most unpleasant...
