I've been debating on something like this for a HAM antenna. Just the bracket.

Looks like it's not all sunshine and roses for the gear shop purchase on the new Tonneau. If your T wasn't outfitted to support from the factory...you won't be considered for now at least. Probably says a lot about parts availability and the number of replacements in the queue.
Ha! Same...in CO and they told me I'm on the list for Oct as well. I know they are still trying to pull it all together and will get to me eventually. It may be slow for now but anything I've needed....they've come through. So for now...I'll grab a cold one...enjoy fall colors...and wait for...
Rivian service gets a bit of bad press here and sometimes well deserved, so......
TL;DR
I just wanted to post a very positive experience with Rivian service. My wife and I were headed home in fairly heavy rainstorm Thur evening. About 5 miles from home on the highway at 65mph, I noticed the...
Yes...my wife is jealous too. My usual comment is something like "Maybe if you spoke nicer about her in her presence, she'd treat you with more respect." I know I'm poking the bear, but anything to keep my wife out of the drivers seat of my baby is worth it.
Ditto...mine changed recently as well. I feel like an idiot staring at the door handle of my high-tech vehicle waiting for it acknowledge my existence. It's almost like she's upset that I haven't given her a bath lately. Or maybe I should stop personalizing my relationships with computerized...
Ha! My office is in Lakewood...completely totaled my Ford Fusion. Drove home with a baseball size hole in my front windshield. That was a crazy storm for sure!
I have full PPF and here is why it payed off for me

I camp and off-road and my truck gets attacked by dogs.
It's expensive and completely a personal choice based on how you use your vehicle and how long you intend to keep...
Ahhh....bike porn!
I've been riding a Revel Rascal for the last couple of years and love it, but wanted a bit more travel for the park days and chunk while still pedaling up the hills. This Revel Rail29 just arrived on Friday. More pics when she's ready to roll.
Ouch! The Mike's clearly had a bad year last year. Washed out on the inside of a berm and broke my left collarbone in 2 places in Sept. One plate and six screws later....can't wait to get back on my ride :)
I have the standard 1up with the 2" receiver. Love the rack, but it was too close to the tailgate by default. Bought a cheapo 7" hitch extender from Amazon (smallest size I could find) and it was too far out for my liking. My solution was to cut the extender down so the rack fit all the way...
I'd also like details on mounting with pics if possible. I also have a RTT perma mounted to a set of factory cross bars hanging in the garage and have been looking for an option that raises the tent up a bit to make bed access a bit more convenient without sacrificing aero...
Mine had this same issue. Blew cold when I picked it up and degraded over a few weeks
Cause: Cut O'ring for A/C pressure sensor at condenser
Fix: Replace the condenser
Cold as ice since.
Or you can just buy them :)
I thought I'd already posted these up in this thread previously??? but they worked perfectly for my tent and the crossbars. I wrapped the bars with a chopped up bike tube at each mount to reduce the scarring.

I can only speak for myself
1. The minimal PPF that came on my truck from the factory...frankly sucked...and getting it replaced wouldn't be a timely thing....especially on the major parts of the vehicle with the factory option
2. It wasn't a thing when i got mine in May
3. I wanted ceramic...
Denver Auto Shield. They aren't cheap but had them fully wrap mine in XPEL and ceramic with Window tint on the driver and passenger and the workmanship is amazing. They have done many Rivians.
These are the choices. I have an armored trail rig with dents, scrapes and pin stripes and if I dent it more...so what. I also didn't spend $80k of my hard earned cash for that one :)
It did not reach the paint. I had the PPF shop look at it yesterday to see if they could fix without replacing, but the PPF is too damaged to just heat it up.
