Yeah I also just had Rivian reaffirm to me on IG I will be able to order a Borealis LE if I get pulled, I reserved at the end of the event in 2024 so I’d certainly hope i’m pulled by September 😭

I’d rather get LE because the included options and Autonomy+ is a higher priority to me than hands off from LiDAR, and Rivian told me this on X so 🤷🏽‍♂️

It was 106° when I did mine and I was pleasantly surprised to not feel like a chicken tender under a restaurant heat lamp.

This, Rivian is (imo) trying to maximize specs on R2 to increase demand while still (hopefully) having a profitable vehicle to create a larger customer base.

Borealis isn’t going to release until next year per Rivian

I wish I could find something that shows the depth of the color, the closest I can get is this showing a little bit of speckle and it’s on an R1. My wife and I are going to a service center this weekend to see the color sample in person so hopefully that helps.
