Appreciate your insight, not sure what would annoy me more, the carbon bike destroyed if it fell off or the damage to R1T! 40mph around neighborhood was fine, I'll do a highway test next weekend -

Opinions on mounting position, should I move the mount closer to the middle? Anyone driven at highway speed with this mount, wondering if I need a tether or additional straps for higher speeds?
