Cat camping and charging with TT-30 adapter [R1S]

@ChargeSetGo we often go to our house out of town and take our cats with us. It seems like they're getting more comfortable with traveling in the Rivian, but we could never camp with them unfortunately. I'll admit to being a bit jealous of your adventure

Rivian continues to miss out on revenue

I think the main hold up on the "a la cart" subscription service is the lack of video streaming apps and the like. It's a tough pill for owners to swallow when your cellular signal only really enables 2 things, music and maps. I'm guessing an early summer release of Netflix etc on their...

    Silverado pricing -- ouch...

Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was running the same/similar setup as the Hummer EV. To @Dark-Fx point, the charge port is in a poor location for one of it's key perks, distance towing. Personally, I would concede the RST is the better truck. But I prefer the T's size and breadth of capability. I...

    Silverado pricing -- ouch...

Does the RST have adaptive damping and adjustable air suspension? The RST is compelling, but it's like comparing a Toyota Tacoma to a Silverado 1500. Different vehicle types, different buyers. Cheaper Rivian's are fantastic, but Rivian isn't in a position to drop pricing on the T and S because...

Poll - What kind of replacement tires are you most interested in?

Also, I loved my last set of Falkens, they were night and day better than the BFGs

Poll - What kind of replacement tires are you most interested in?

Range isn't a huge thing for me, the current 20's I have, give me more than enough even on some of the rare multi day road trips I embark on. The stock 20's are likely far better canyon rippers than the Nokians will be, but the Rivian has performance to spare, so it shouldn't be too noticeable.

Poll - What kind of replacement tires are you most interested in?

Year round. I've had Falken Wildpeak AT3's and BF Goodrich All Terrains on my previous vehicle. Falkens were my preferred of the two, but am keen on giving the Nokians a shot with my Rivian. I also feel they will fare better offroad, due to the Kevlar like layer.

Poll - What kind of replacement tires are you most interested in?

Going Nokian Outpost nAT tires. I've put too many holes in my Pirellis off roading and want something more purpose built.

A2Z NACS To CCS1 Adapter Review

Yes, you have to use the tesla app to initiate the charge session if you are trying to use tesla membership pricing, prior to plugging in the Rivian. Several YouTubers have pointed out the missed cross linking opportunity for OEM's, but to date neither Ford nor Rivian support that level of...

A2Z NACS To CCS1 Adapter Review

As a space nut, it's hard not to be in awe at the raw power of our sun. My buddy and his girlfriend left Vancouver for Texas the other day just to see it.

New HEPA Filter Launched from EV Sportline

Not that I've seen. If I recall correctly, there was something in there, a probe of sorts, but I figured that was a moisture sensor that, likely going on a limb here, would close the HVAC opening if water came in contact with it. Example fording through deep water etc.

    Possible Fisker Bankruptcy

I'll still occasionally see the OG Fisker Karma kicking around the streets of Vancouver, funny enough, spotted one outside the Vancouver Auto show this weekend, as well as it's Chinese owned copy the Karma. Even today, some 20 years after its debut and downfall, Fisker can design a fantastic car...
