I ended up getting rivian service on chat and they worked it out for me to get the battery replaced this coming Friday. That should make for a more enjoyable trip. Unfortunately, it's a work trip, so it won't be THAT enjoyable. But I wanted to share a POSITIVE experience with Rivian support.
