Same thing at the same place happened to me. Called customer service, they refunded that fee right away. Great customer service there. Don't know why the problem exists, but I've charged there since with no problem.
So after filling out the info on the 2nd email from Rivian for my shipping address, July 22, my adapter arrived today, Aug 01. Not bad. Just a heads up for those in the que or not in the que.
Some sort of time line.
Just gotta get that 2nd email.

Again, I always have, and always will use anti seize on steel lug nuts. Never had any problems on my Jeep, and many F450 and F350 trucks. We all have our own experiences and opinions based on that.
Across the board I do not like lug nuts that are not steel. Use anti seize always. Trucks and Jeeps, breaking off a frozen non steel but cute aftermarket nut and replacing the stud is a total PITA.
Jus sayin
Get the inside roof shade. Snaps in place and works like a charm. Going on 1.5 years now. I Drive in Lake Havasu City AZ. often. 115 degrees. EV Sportline for $49.95 last time I checked. Install is super simple and the clips they provide are genius. I have only the roof piece and tinted side...
I did. The two come apart. While it was apart I also ground off some paint around the grounding screws for a better connection there. Also did that where the orange plate bolts to the cabinet. The paint on everything is pretty thick. The grounding of everything is important. I'm pretty happy...
This is what I came up with, very happy with it. Hard wired directly to my house panel. Rainproof. Not spiderproof tho.
