So you were able to schedule delivery immediately after completing the first 7 steps? I got my 8 steps today but when I got to the delivery scheduling there were no appointments available (through Rivian Specialist or Carrier). Is this common? Are they waiting for funds to clear through Plaid?

I had my first Guide call today and when I asked about the rumored OC delay her response was; “I wouldn’t say they are delayed, but let me put it to you this way…if you didn’t have a Black Mountain interior we probably wouldn’t be talking today”

I have sent Rivian exactly one email in the past 3+ years (last week). No response. Not a huge deal really, but it doesn’t inspire a lot of confidence that they are running a real buttoned-up organization currently.

Sadly it’s all crickets. I make a point of not reaching out to CS but I did this week via chat. They insisted that I’m still on track for delivery this month and said that often trucks are being delivered within days of guide contact. That rings true based on the experiences of some other forum...
