I live in VT but my next SC appointment to fix my tonneau cover was scheduled in Montreal and is only 2 weeks out. Will be curious to see if the backlog up there is the same.
Yes - they add some road noise but the way I see it, is that if you are investing the money in snow tires and you live in a place where you get a lot of snow, go all the way and get the best traction you can get. Even in dry conditions, the truck drove great and did not bother me at all knowing...
Nokias Hakkapeliitta LT 3’s have transformed the R1T into a beast in the snow. Inspires much more confidence than the stock 20’s. I was concerned about installing these after reading that the tire is too heavy, adding unsprung weight, etc…. They drive nicer than the stock 20’s and I may consider...
FWIW, they replaced my center console cover during my last service visit. Wasn't even a ticket, it's something they know about. Working much better now.
The SC can adjust this so it pops out more. My local mobile technician's gear tunnel pops out 2-3 inches and therefore doesn't re-lock. My truck is currently at the SC and that adjustment is one of the items.

How about this one?! Nav says the road is closed. You have to wonder how many other issues are in the mapping database that were temporary at one point, but just happened to be in the version Rivian incorporated in the system.
You know those times you just need to grab something out of the center console? Most cars have a mechanical switch and it opens right up. Why does the Rivian have a computer controlled switch that prevents you from opening the center console until the car wakes up? It’s maddening really… Ok...
This may seem to be over-analyzing the RTT purchase, but does any one get concerned with catching your hands on those brackets? Since the base of the tent is so close to the bed, I imagine reaching into the bed from all angles will result in lot's of torn skin on those bare metal brackets. I...
Perhaps unreasonably so, but I think there’s a perception that anyone who put down an early deposit on a Rivian is considered an early adopter and as such, there’s more comfort with doing the entire process online. Unfortunately, the offline world has all these requirements which make the online...
