Make sure there are no magnets or anything like that close to the switch/latch mechanism.
I once had same issue because of some magnets I had placed in the net basket near the switch/latch mechanism.
Is this true?

Rivian has delayed the arrival of its upcoming electric SUV that will start around $45,000, the R2, which company officials say will be...
That looks more like it. There are several Amazon Fulfillment Centers/Warehouses with EDVs just north of Perris.
Although I wouldn’t personally mind if they will be a service center for Rs as they’re basically next door from ours.
For 13K miles on AT tires and stuff on the roof rack, average 2.13 miles/kWh.
I’d say 75% of those miles were highway speeds of 70-80 mph, the rest is city or off-roading.
The last 500 miles with addition of the hitch mounted tire carrier - 1.98 miles/kWh.
Rivian sent this email:
Please go to your account to make sure that the delivery address for your R2 reservation is correct.
In June, we’ll let you know when you can expect to configure and order your R2. In the meantime, thank you for keeping your information up to date.
Anybody with earlier...
You’ve got keen eyes!
Yep, I jerry-rigged this LED light over the RiG’d one. Might end up running the RiG’D wire along the same route with the camera cable - one of these days 😩

Thanks for the extension cable!
Finally added the extension cable you sent.
I was able to run the cable hidden under the bumper (no jump from the bumper) to the hitch leaving about 10 inches of extra cable tucked inside the wheel tube bracket.
