  1. R1S automatically parked during red light waits - how to disable?

This happened to me. There are sensors under the seat to detect if you're there or not, if you're not there the truck will go into park. BUT that was not my problem. I had to take my truck in for service 3 times. They determined the issue was with the sensors in the brake rotors coupled with...
  2. PPF Sanity Check

I paid a little less than $8K for XPEL Ultimate Fusion + window tinting and they did a fantastic job. The workmanship pictured on the OG post looks terrible.
  3. New R1T recall [update: steering knuckle fastener]

Got this pop up on my loaner R1T launch edition
  4. R1T puts itself into park when coming to a stop

No w No warning that I can see, it’s the same sounds as when manually shifting to park

You should definitely have that looked at, but the engineers assigned to my case did not see any events from the seat sensors during the moments in question. I placed a call to them again yesterday but I’ve yet to hear back.
  6. R1T puts itself into park when coming to a stop

It's missing the filet-o-fish :) The engineers said it was the calipers/rear brakes and nothing to do with the seat sensor :(
  7. R1T puts itself into park when coming to a stop

It does this while I’m on the road, at random stops
  8. R1T puts itself into park when coming to a stop

Don't think so. The service rep I spoke with mentioned to me a few people have reported this issue and the logs don't point to a trigger by the sensor.
  9. R1T puts itself into park when coming to a stop

I've owned my R1T for about a month and a half now and since I've had it there is an issue where the truck puts itself into park when coming to a stop. This happens about once every 75 miles or so in city traffic. About three weeks ago I took it to the service center. Engineering instructed...
