For those of you that are ordering a Gen 2 R1, are you planning on keeping your Gen 1 vehicle or stepping into a multi Rivian family?

I agree with EVERYTHING you outlined since I also experienced similar issues with my truck. Have you already submitted these items to Rivian Service? I'm happy to follow-up and tack onto these to increase the priority.

This is good to know. I just experienced the same thing but it hasn't come back for me yet. Details: Got my 8 steps on Thursday (5/19/22), completed step 1 and was waiting for Rivian to get back to me with a trade-in offer. Logged in again on Sunday morning (5/22/22) and everything disappeared.
