8 Step purchase process disappeared after step 1?

I just started the 8 step process, while I was putting in my trade-in information I got an error, and was unable to continue. Now when I click the original email link or try to log-in to my configurator, only my configuration is there, but not a place to continue the process. It was like it was a mirage.

I've asked my guide to look into it, just seeing if anyone has had this issue?

LOL....with the chaos that seems to be ensuing for me to just get my purchase agreement change made, this storyline fits so perfectly ?

UPDATE: Crashed again!

They restored the 8 steps after about 24 hours until it was time to upload proof of insurance (yes, I am now paying insurance for a truck I have not taken delivery of), it would not upload my insurance. Instead was told to call the Rivian insurance line for quote. I obliged, called the number for a quote just for it to go to voicemail. Then it booted me out, and the 8 steps disappeared. I asked my guide if we can just upload this manually, because the portal is, to put it kindly, no bueno.

I have been patient for 2 years, now its like we're tripping at the finish line.

Update 2: The 8 steps come and go at random times. Sometimes I can work on it. Other times I just email my guide and ask her to upload. Just taking it in stride. Namaste.

This is good to know. I just experienced the same thing but it hasn't come back for me yet.

Details: Got my 8 steps on Thursday (5/19/22), completed step 1 and was waiting for Rivian to get back to me with a trade-in offer. Logged in again on Sunday morning (5/22/22) and everything disappeared.
