I'm sure it'll all be fine -- and I'm glad Rivian is taking care of issues proactively. I think it's just growing pains and trying to meet "delivery quota" before all the earning calls etc.
Eventually, all these issues will be taken care of at the factory before the car/truck leaves I'm sure...
Damn ... yeah, someone at the factory is effing up for sure ... apparently there's interior damage to the B pillars on my truck ... that is 100% NOT shipping related! LOL
I think they are so focused on pushing trucks out, that they are overwhelming the service centers to do QC which is not what...
I just got off the phone with my guide -- my delivery was cancelled because of some damage found on the car.
Long story short, there are 2 trucks AVAILABLE on the lot at Denver SC -- 1 is Launch Green, and 1 is Black.
If you can, I'd encourage you to message your guide and see if you can get...

Yeah, I'm getting to the same frustration phase .. slow and steady .. my guide was extremely responsive and helpful for the first couple of days, and now has gone awol ... which sucks because I have been left in a bit of a limbo with Driveway wanting to buy my car, and me not being able to get...
Just to give an update -- I asked my guide to switch the color to Limestone for me. This made the VIN drop from my account and now I'm VIN-less :(
