    Vin 38xx for me and have the roll issue both forward and backward but only for about a foot or two. Just updated, will see if it makes a difference in the morning.

    Arseen Autobody in San Jose is who I used. Came highly recommended from my detailer and he works on a lot of Rivians. Had about a dozen in the shop while my truck was there. Plus he was super reasonably priced compared to a few other shops I spoke with.

    From someone with real life experience I drove this past January in 12 inches of snow after that massive snow dump in Tahoe and the truck handled extremely well without chains going down an unplowed hill. Slipped a little here and there but nothing too crazy and I am on stock 20ā€™ AT tires.

    My truck is in service now for a few things, one of which is a new key fob as my kids lost my original one and I was quoted $500+ for a replacement. This is at the San Jose, CA service center if that makes a difference.
