    Mines also a recent batch and had this exact same thing on the driver side after it got soaked in the rain. I wiped it off, cleaned everything out, and now waiting to see if it was just some surface rust that is cleaned off or if itā€™s going to keep coming back every time it rains. Not looking...

    Like others, Iā€™ve tried multiple options including the two above. I prefer the stowncharge for the storage with the sliding door but you canā€™t go wrong with either - it comes down to personal style as they are both functional.

    They never got back to me but I checked the subscription status on the website and it shows cancelled as of 3/28/24 which is the renewal date.

    Received my sliders 2/17/24 which shouldā€™ve been the latest revision. I just noticed some rust stains on the bottom after rain yesterday. Might just be some residual surface rust as I was able to wash it off easily enough but Iā€™m watching it closely to see if it happens again.

    Same problem. I emailed support and they told me to use the website. I explained that the website said to contact them. We are now at an impasse.

    No issues here pulling a NuCamp TAB 400 with LED lights. In a few weeks Iā€™m picking up a new Airstream Trade Wind. I expect no problems with that as well but Iā€™ll report back to confirm.

    Log in from the browser. The app only shows active vehicles and gear. The website shows reservations as well.

    Not sure if I missed this or not, but has there been any mention of the R2 towing / payload capacity? I'm keeping the R1T so I can pretty much tow anything I'd be interested in towing, but it'd be nice to be able to have another option as well if it's capable.

    You're good - if you log in to your account page on rivian.com, you should see your R2 reservation reflected on your account.
