I have their R1T running boards and they are great. Good quality and substantial material. A bit of work to get installed, but makes it much easier to get in and out. Can't speak to the longevity as I've only had them a few months, but the powdercoat seems good quality. There is a coupon code...

It used to be. I spoke to a mobile tech previously who said he thought he had finished all of the ones in my region... I guess things are changing. Super PITA since my truck was just in the SC a month ago. Wish they had replaced the batteries then instead of just "testing" them.

I just got the 12V error too. After my truck was in the service center for 1.5 weeks and they told me the batteries were "fine". Now I gotta take it back to the SC... Apparently they don't replace batteries with mobile service anymore. What a PITA.
