They did the EXACT same thing to mine! I will say the holes are semi easy to confuse but better training needs to be done.

I just took mine to Discount Tire in Bellevue and they jacked up the drivers side without using the correct hoist points, tried to use the small holes with the bolts in them and messed up my underside. This is after I specifically asked them if they knew the correct way to jack a Rivian up.

How far in advance did you ask them about getting an S and who did you ask? I have a service appointment in a month and would love to be able to get an S for a loaner to try it out. Been thinking about switching over from the T to the S.

Rivian SC told me after having my truck for a month that this "Rake" was normal. Just like all my suspension rattling was normal and my half shafts clunking and ticking were normal. What a joke, obviously this is a common problem that they don't want to try and fix.
