My R1T does this also. If you look at the vents below, there are some louvers that move to presumably let air in. This noise is coming from those. I assume it needs some lubrication but I have not yet submitted a ticket. Let me know if you hear different
Agree. It makes no sense. I am kind of thinking that guides have something to do with it. My guide is not very responsive and any time I ask for updates he states that he has nothing to add. I think some guides just do better with matching you with a truck that is in queue. I also have a 9/2021...
Congrats. I still cannot figure out the Rivian system. I cannot tell if it is guide driven or just random production driven. I am also in DFW area with a preorder from 7/2019 (ADV, Limestone, FE, 21"), and my guide cannot give me any updates as to when I will ever get a truck.
I have had DFW shop access for over a month. For the first few days there was a single truck (RB, FE, AT 20"). I have not seen a truck in over a month in the shop. Welcome to obsessively checking and being disappointed by the shop.
Does everyone sign a PBA when they lock a configuration? I never received that request when I confirmed my configuration with the guide. Am I in limbo because I am missing a step of the process?
I hope you are right about the service center. I asked my guide specifically about the service center opening and he could not provide any insight or info. Hopefully we will get some news next week.

Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to see factory floor options. I am assuming this is an abandoned truck at Dallas service center since it seems different from other shops.... No underbody shield.
